Happy New Year from Tollesbury

We had such a good evening last night, lots of laughter with friends and the fireworks were excellent. I had several really positive comments about my 365 project. As a photographer you put a piece of yourself out on public display, the pictures are an expression from within, invested with your emotions and I'm still constantly amazed at how other people connect with my images. To use a phrase from our Aussie relatives, it's awesome.
The rest of the day was pretty grey with a lot of rain through the afternoon. We stayed at home, watched some TV programmes on iPlayer and caught up on some books.
