Day 231
Chelmer Valley
Monday 6th February 2017
What a beautiful morning. Mist lying across the fields and in the valley bottom, with the warm glow of the sun noticeably stronger now; winter really is struggling to hold it's grip. I stopped in the Chelmer Valley to capture one of my favourite views, which has featured a couple of times so far but I really enjoy being able to mark the year against once changing scene. As I was walked from the car, I disturbed a flock of pigeons who took to the sky; perfect for my picture. I guess it goes to prove that just by being present, our pictures are affected by our interaction with our surroundings.
