Day 253
Chelmsford
Tuesday 28th February 2017
Not the best of days at the office today, it feels as though the wheels are falling off at the moment.
I walk past this spot pretty much every day. It's a delivery entrance to one of the shopping centres and I love it because it's like a view in to a hidden world, removed from the glitz and bright lights inside the shops which tempt us to part with our hard earned cash. Tonight the mix of artificial light, with just enough light in the sky was perfect and I stood back to frame the view through the buildings in front. It gives a square picture, which helps to focus the attention in the centre of the image and it also feels as though you are looking into something which is just out of reach, a barrier which keeps us out, it's not our place.
