Day 345
Our Garden
Wednesday 31st May 2017
I was out a little earlier this morning ready for early meetings. The lanes to Heybridge and the Chelmer valley peaceful in the school holiday. Soft sunshine filtered through a thin veil of high cloud, billowing hedgerows full of wild roses and honeysuckle. I think May might just be my favourite month of the year.
Our garden path is lined with geraniums which for most of the year provide a low green edge but for a few weeks in May and June it's the star of the show covered in a blue haze.
