Doff will be home tomorrow and I watched her flight take off from Perth on Flight Radar. So this evening I started getting things ready for her return, tidying up, getting the washing out of the way and then off to the supermarket for late night shopping. I took my camera with me but the only real shot at this time of night was of Sainsbury's and oddly, I didn't find any inspiration in that. I got home very late, put the shopping away and went in search of my shot. I finally got it with 29 seconds to spare.

I'm really pleased with it. This shot is all about light, with shadows of a single vase being thrown from two lights and just a hint of highlights from glass beads in a bowl to help frame the shot.
