A Tollesbury kitchen garden
Thursday 8th June 2017
Election Day, again.
Teresa May called a snap election ahead of the Brexit negotiations and today we get to vote on the future of our country. It's been quite an extraordinary year during this project with the Brexit referendum called by David Cameron, who then stood down after losing the vote, to be replaced by Teresa May , who subsequently called this general election unnecessarily and made the situation far worse. Goodness only knows how the UK is going to be prepared for the Brexit negotiations. Regardless of your politics, this is a concerning time for us all.
I was planning to make tonight's photo all about the general election, the polling station sign which just happens to be accompanied by our TPG sign ready for our open night; shameless PR. However on the way back down The Chase, we passed a kitchen garden which is just so packed full that I had to take a photo; I'm quite pleased that politics should play second fiddle to real life!
