Day 292
The Loft, Tollesbury
Saturday 8th April 2017
What a beautiful day, wall to wall sunshine from start to end; the first proper shorts and t-shirt day of the year. I spent much the day outside in the garden, cutting back, weeding and the garden is looking really good at the moment.
At sunset, I headed down to the water and out towards the lightship. I found so many really good shots tonight and I also found a different viewpoint to look back at Woodrolfe Hard which I'll come back to photograph another day. I thought today's shot was going to be hard to choose, but on the way back past The Loft, I had a peek in the windows and the rest speaks for itself. I love the atmosphere and the light in this picture.
Evening was spent in the King's Head with friends; really nice to spend some relaxed time just catching up, particularly with Doff away at the moment.
