Day 308
Tollesbury
Monday 24th April 2017
So today Doff and I have lived in Tollesbury for 4 years. It still seems new and exciting to us and yet almost as though there wasn't a time before Tollesbury. But the real news from Tollesbury today; it rained. I mean not just the odd spot, not just a vague bit of moisture; it rained. It's been so long since it rained, that I can barely remember. I know that sounds daft but it's got to be at least 6 weeks since we had proper rain which is just unheard of even for this, the driest corner of England.
That being said, I totally forgot to take a picture today after the activities of the weekend, only remembering when Doff sent me 2 photos of their Anzak day ceremony in King's Park, Perth. So at 11:30pm I got out of bed to hunt down a photo. It's not the greatest picture I've ever taken; I think I might call it damage limitation. At least the project continues.
