Dull and cloudy from start to end today. I was looking for photos throughout my journey home, but the flat, grey light was just not doing it for me. So I waited for darkness to fall and went on the hunt for a moody black and white shot. It's funny how the tables have turned. It wasn't so long ago that I would have done anything to avoid taking photos after dark and now I really love these shots; so abstract, so much atmosphere, such wonderful light and deep, rich negative space.
